The company shall have an Regional "executive committee" who shall carry the following responsibilities:
a)Providing Organizational Direction in their respective regions across Africa and Acting on Behalf of the Board
b)Providing Organizational Oversight while the competition sessions or training programs are going on in their respective regions across Africa.
c)Managing High-Level Workplace Issues of a Serious Nature
d)Communication and Board Development
e)Serving as judges during the preselection sessions in their respective regions
f) Creating strategic partnerships and networks in their regions on behalf of Miss Career Africa
g)Creating mentorship opportunties and exposure for the MCA Alumni in their respective regions and countries.
h)Advising the (HQ) executive team on ideas and practices to consider basing on feedbacks from their respective regions.
