“I couldn't hide my joy when I received an email from the Miss Career Africa team that I've been selected to join the boot camp

I just can't wait,” says Cornelia Quaye, who is an innovative young woman

She likes to work as a team and also volunteering, which she says comes from her heart

Herr Project goes by the name The TAG INITIATIVE, which seeks to empower women and girls through mentoring and entrepreneurship

The project simply involves training in bead making and mentoring them to be successful entrepreneurs

According to her, Africa and the world should expect a new wave in the beading vocation

“We are going to make beading vocation more attractive for young women and girls

Determination has been my motivation, I am passionate to impart knowledge and empower others,” she says

She works hard with her team to empower young women and girls through mentoring and entrepreneurship in the community

Quaye intends to be a counseling psychologist and entrepreneur with her project

Besides, she is proud of her achievements of which through her training, over 300 girls have been able to acquire skills in the beading vocation

If crowned Miss Career Africa, she says the title will be of great help because as a mentor, it will help her to impact more people

She deserves to be crowned miss career Africa because she is working to equip women and girls with vocational skills, which will help them, make living to supplement what they already have
